Why Frank’s org is still hiring? They are opening positions almost every other day.
The company needs new leadership to change the trajectory, writing is on the wall, Hans and his top lieutenants need to go. Losing market share, stock losing value, stagnant top line, failed m&a’s, nothing they came up with the past 7 years has moved the needle the right way.

I heard changes in inside sales. Universal Reps. Or out bound calling teams. Reps have no say in the matter an no package will be offered.
I heard Org changes will be announced on Monday but haven’t heard about RIF’s
