Nice long winded email from the “12 yr old” VP….integrity!! I think you , “Flood” waters and all the directors and district managers need to look themselves in the mirror for this integrity problem…you all are the problem!! You set unattainable quotas and put so much pressure on the frontline that what else is there to do? You all are not solving the problem …you all ARE part of the problem!!

The leaders say it's the right thing to do to help the customer. Then the employees get the flak for it. Leadership integrity needs to be looked at very closely. The other thing that needs to be looked at are these crazy high quotas. Almost as if this company wants people on pips and to be let go.
anybody take the retail integrity VZLearn that just came out? Literally EVERYTHING in it about including perks as a part of the plan, and going from 3rd line to 4th to get a free phone is what we are TOLD to do. VzLearn obviously says don't do this, but leaders say yeah this is how it is done.
We were told by directors to slam second number at the end of the qtr Isign is a joke just putting consumer customers on business accounts these shady agents do whatever the he-l the want to the company knows what’s going on they don’t care it’s all a game
