Does anyone else feel like their coworkers are constantly out for themselves? It seems like everyone will do whatever it takes to climb to the next role, gain more power, or get onto different projects. They'll lie, manipulate, or game the system as long as it benefits them. I never experienced this kind of environment in other companies, but here, it feels very much like a "bro club." Is this just happening in Basking Ridge, or is this a more widespread issue?

The culture is one of fear and paranoia of losing their job, therefore the crazy backstabbing begins, and whatever it takes to keep their job.
they are toxic, cause they are afraid, unhappy, or low in IQ. If they don't change in a few weeks, they should be treated like an ugly girl captured in a war during the early 200 to 400 yr. That chick got abused, ra--d, and butchered. world wont change 2000 yrs later.
Welcome to the club that will not last here.
