This never lies. In the past it happened about 70-90 days after the effective date. Makes sense because RIF’s usually happen in March and November

Some leaders have all day meetings this Thursday so who knows... I wouldn't be surprised if we let some folks go and backfill with less expensive people. Too many 20+ years here... VZ is looking to trim them out quickly.
