Why does the company intentionally not ship out return kits to customers that cancel wireless home 5G then bill the customer $200 for unreturned equipment?

Ask chat tech who became sales. Oh wait! They laid off some and found any excuse to fire others.
Damn RIGHT, BCZ the return label to ship the device back comes from “Peelipeens”.
Stop spreading false information. The customer no longer need a return kit or to keep their box. Customers can visit a UPS store to return their equipment. They don't even need to box the equipment up for shipment. It's so easy.

That's how the company makes money and pays you 2 cents of the $200.
Another question, why does care tell them they can keep the box or throw it out? There is a huge disconnect somewhere.
