For the manager above - what areas are being targeted for RIF’s? When will Executives start being targeted? That would save a lot of money wouldn’t it? They should start at the Tippety top and not at the bottom.
The 4800 was the total taking the VSP off the books 9/13, 12/20 and 3/25. The RIF before and after are in addition to the 4800.

Truth, except it will be in Q4. I’m a band 5 and we have already started the process with our VP and HR identifying the people who will be riffed.
