The other day I was on a call and someone mentioned the whole red circled thing but I don’t know what it means in regards to retail employees. They said it has to do with a pay freeze. Are employees getting their pay frozen.

It is not safe. If you say something about a union they spy on your social media and tell HR plus your local manager. This came directly from employee relations on NJ.
