If you cannot get to 100% in sales revenue... you need to look in the mirror and tell yourself you dont belong in Verizon. You just show up everyday and 100% guaranteed.
Finally got rid of my butt kissing manager who rarely did anything worth mentioning. Finally have a great 3 manager team. They care about the reps and helping us succeed. Finally feel like the old days but, quota is just so ridiculous that a rep who's been to winners circle many times over is now barely hitting 80%. Pathetic. Floody waters giving us a stupid quota is just not motivating anyone.
It's literally every store that has incompetent management. They don't promote managers on merit, they promote their friends. So many children running stores who can't run their own lives. It's very sad and pathetic
Northern NJ store near a major interstate, also has an issue with a rep taking instore pickups for themselves and stealing from other reps. Also has issue where people the same rep cutting the que just to take new lines. Same rep also does nothing to help the opening crew or closing crew. Also on the phone talking to no one to avoid customers. The store has a self entitled rep who thinks he doesnt stink. Whish something is done soon.
Northern NJ store near a major interstate, The highest rep in the store is around 37% to quota. The gm is a red kool-aid drinking pin head that constantly micromanages and the 2 lazy ast mgrs hang out in the back, one of them( constantly eats all day?) The other rarely comes out of the back room. All three are ineffective, burnt out,and all are hypocrites. I bet this not the only location in vzw retail that the culture is toxic. And it already past mid month.
It's all our fault as reps. We aren't driving in enough traffic to the stores. I mean after all we are the ones that make these phone promotions and are the ones that make people walk in stores for these great deals. Heck we also wanted to raise our prices. We love getting yelled at. Where the heck is the new marketing manager? New shirts and a 1/3 finished rebranding. Sounds like the company is failing itself in its goals. Volume way down and they don't know what to do. Maybe not raise the prices of everything multiple times in a year. Don't worry the investors will be happy with their 3-4 dollar increase in stock price without any growth item to cause that gain. Stagnation has happened, but we just try to reinvent a wheel that had broken spokes in the first place. Hopefully the executives read this so they can get in touch again.
There isn’t enough space in the store for all the customers lining up for the Samsung S25
trending 78%
