Writing has been on the perpetual wall for years. If you're not customer facing or are too many degrees away from separation from impacting customers, you have the lowest amount of job security.

And now retail is getting "hit the numbers, or else!" Pressure to perform with record low traffic.

T-Mobile Corporate is the same way. But it depends on the managers above you how much they will care to write you up for not hitting benchmarks or not.

This used to be true, but is so far afield now from reality… we will close retail locations and local customer service so fast in the next 6 months. The highest expense we have are those non-partner locations. You will be gone very very soon. It’s not a dig…it’s a warning

It's all a facade .. as long as you hit 100% sales revenue you are safe

Do not worry about hitting stupid pointless metrics that does not even make the company money
