Every store doesn't have any customers. nothing we can do to bring them into the store. Doesn't matter how much TV commericals or radio commericals are done. They won't come....only cuause they can't afoard a new phone or a verizon plan. Also verizon has to pay for all the phone towers created which are tottaly under usage capacity. These towers were paid for without thinking of how many custoemrs will actually pay... oh my gosh.....that is what you get when china is funding this pitifal company..

nobody buys online either. The problem is that people want food now, not phones. Like food, car insurance,..... the necessities. The phone is not a necessity or being desired anymore. In fact, I see people using the internet at work only too. People don't even use the internet at home. Looks like online is tanking too.
People won't show up to stores because they are already educated on how shady and incompetent store practices are. Reps aren't allowed to help customers properly. If a customer comes in and wants to get certain things but not others like FWA, insurance, or perks they are instructed by management to not help them. Any simple task requested by the customer they are instructed to push them to customer service. It doesn't make much sense why the stores are even open anymore since they don't do anything there.
Verizon is too expensive so decline will continue... Cut half the stores including non VZ owned stores. Cut 50 percent of Corp employees....

Online promotions are better than in-store ones. Verizon should have the same promotions in-store as online.
