Anyone else think there’s going to be a business rep layoff? Our area is changing several things, i don’t know if it’s an area thing or they are preparing for what’s coming.

Yes, they are preparing for layoff. It's at a high level right now. Can't say much more than that..
A.Partida just schedules a beatdown call to tell us were pathetic and useless.
Doesn't know how to manage a real funnel and just has his lackeys crammin and slammin every chance they get. King of delegating and master of bullsh!tting. His work hours are on the golf course, if he's even available. Take away his salary and title and put him to work and you'll come to find the results will be the same, with or without him.
The numbers will show he's an overpaid monkey in a clown suit. That goes the same for all of the managing partners that report to him. They did enough brown nosing to earn a hyper inflated salary that isn't even worth the paper it's printed on.
Let's outsource these managing partners at this point because they are clearly checked out and riding the gravy train until there is no juice left in the tank.
Absolutely @fn+. B2B has a lot of layers. AD, Dr, Sr Dr. Then the Architects have multiple layers all managing amount of calls and appointments
They need to lay off all these useless middle managers in b2b that maybe do 4 hours of work a week and spend the other 36 golfing or at their second job shucking real estate.
Forget the useless beatdown calls, these managers need to go and the company needs to let sales people be sales people.
Wow! First I have heard of this. As a former B2B rep, it was always 6 months and we were encouraged to process our own orders so offline support or thr customer don't mess it up. 9months is ridiculous. During my time we had monthly and quarterly payouts SaaS. Last I heard they made everything quarterly. They also got rid of the car allowance and went to mileage from home office. Writing is on the wall
9mo chargebacks when the rest of the company is 6. Losing access to B360 to handle all orders on My Biz. Every rally call they barely give a blink to what we do. Losing accounts to indirect agents. Told to train our customers to not call you for orders? Yeah, get your resumes updated and trim your budgets, they are done with the Mid Markets.
I’ve been in the business side for several years. A restructure is long overdue. Senior leaders don’t want to make big changes because it will hurt the stock price. It’s already fragile as it is.
