There will be no presidential cabinet not winners circle this year..
If your asking what they award you is $0 for Winners Circle & 15K if you are selected for president's cabinet. I got Winners Circles and in the past you were able to cash out a reward for your hard work of 3k and this past year I declined the trip To Puerto Rico and was told I could not cash out. WtH!! Only Presidenta cabinet could!! We all work just as hard as them folks that Literally Get fed by their assistant managers Sales after sales after sales!! Trust me!! That's how these guys get selected. When you work in a store we're you have to earn your sales thru service Presidents cabinet ain't happening!! So Winners circle reward is $0 & President's cabinet $15 cash out!! It's B.S!!
I was told that December 2024 sales numbers do not count for the Presidents/Winners Club qualifications calculations due to a system glitch/error from one of the Ops Managers. Can anyone confirm this? What was the point in trying then in December?
They don’t have a set amount of winners. Based on the criteria if everyone hit all the right numbers then everyone would win. Obviously this never happens and the fact that surveys have to be 80% or above cuts a lot of candidates. Just last year the specialist who was #1 in the company finished with a 79% survey score thus disqualified from PC and WC. Oh well.
