Quota too high

Quota is unattainable employees are extremely dissatisfied with the company . Something has to change . We don’t want to hear from our managers and district managers there’s nothing we can do about it continue to use personal shopper , engage calls etc . That’s not helping and you know it . Bring change and lower our quota or the employees will force the change on you . I’m sure the company wouldn’t want employees walking out would they?

All you have to do is talk about unionizing and they'll call in the RM, DM and GM to have a meeting with you. If everyone started talking about unionizing then they might realize they have a problem.

Pretty sure that’s exactly what they want actually. Reduced sales force with no severance. Reduced real estate, what’s left of staff placed in main traffic stores. Reduction of management of fewer stores. Reduced DMs. Reduced benefits.

Yes they are bloated with all their new AI tools and have many representatives they do not need or want. Sales are down and their models can't say why. If you walk out they will say you quit and they are happy, because they don't have to pay you unemployment.

Personal shopper is the AI reps are training to take their jobs over for them.

Yeah insanely high quota after they release a training that reps can get documented for not hitting 80% and managers 90%. Like WTF 90% is the new 1.3. they better adjust this or they are going to have a revolt on their hands. They going to jack quotas up and then write everyone up? Seems like it! They going to get every one to quit and then get some ex federal employees who the president fired to come work here? Lmao. Of samsung launch this year was this bag iPhone is going to be terrible. They need to rethink the whole commission structure. People aren't coming in to switch like they used to and most of the time no one wants bad wireless Internet unless it's their only option. Make Retail Great Again.
