It is cause the phones last a long while. People don't want to buy another phone. If this happens, we got to reduce IT. The IT budget is far too high for the size of the customer base. Just isn't much benefit from IT anymore. Nothing anybody can do as the industry is in decline for yrs now.
It's actually $400 more in revenue than January. The volume of people coming to the store is abysmal and the customers coming in are looking for the moat craziest issues. Passwords, Facebook, bill payment machine usage,etc.I won't even entertain these people anymore, it's a complete waste of time. It seems that you're working in a different reality, were you can't get any answers from the internet. With store mgmt not producing anything but micromanaging all day. And the continuous " cold calling " There's about 4 reps out of 8 that are looking to leave. Good job mgmt!

around the same. Went up over Jan even with less days in the month.
