Though frontier merger still has some time, the leadership is preparing for another round of layoff later this year. This time they will be doing it using the stu*id 5 point rating as the tool to make decision.

Same. Corp job, given many ideas which have been implemented. Same performance rating as everyone sitting on their hands. Good luck in 2025 with the dunderheads cause your not getting your next big thing out of me.

Ran into GTS / IT person who just got RIF last Friday. He got 2 weeks per years of service. There are going to be two RIFs this year.
Yeah we know. This is on point with the yearly schedule of layoffs. It’ll be more clear which teams can expect impact when the end of q1 gets closer. Same tale, diff year.
Personally I hope they double down on Phili and India reps, I just love fixing issues in 10 mins after the cx time is wasted for an hour.

I'm in a corp job in wireless and started looking outside the org.
Tired of constant meetings where the big shots are tearing their hair out over nothing all the time.
Video meetings I stare at the camera, never saying anything anymore after a few of my ideas ended up on someone else's Power Point (and to rave reviews).
In person, I take notes to look engaged but don't really care.
Anyone else out there?
