Don't change a customers Get More & Play more plan!! The plans include Apple Music and the Disney Bundle. Although the plans have a $5 adjustment fee it will cost the customer more money to re add both the perks on a premium unlimited plan! Managers are asking reps to change the plan and add a perk to each line telling the customer it's included! DO Not do this!!! It's an integrity issue!! A $10 perk doesnt pay you enough compared to a new line on premiums $120!!! Also don't tell customer VZHome is included! That product is worthless!! Learn to recommend products that are gonna benefit a customers need. Don't slam them creating escalations and also having customer come back asking other reps to set up the $10 perks they were slammed with!!! Have integrity!! If you wanna maximize your commission new line, VHI, & Tmp is were you will truly make your commission grow!! Not even a $20 priority upgrade will get you paid!!

That's a shady sales be honest with your Customer and trick them into that!! That Ulitimate plan is gonna cost upto $10 more. I'd rather pay for my phone keep my plan low. I dont need to find out a month later when it's too late that If I decided to pay off my phone the peks would of been included in my plan! Now you got me tied up for $36 months with a higher plan and 2 perks I have to pay for!! Learn to sell by need not my car Sales trickery!!

100% correct however most of the trade in upgrade promos don’t include the older plans. So how do you position that with the customer wanting a new phone ? Simple. They will save more by changing the plan and adding the perks back in.. Example : trade for a free iPhone 16 $23 monthly value , add two perks back in $20. They still save money going to Ultimate.
