Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

High performing and struggling

How is it that I've never been under 80% in a month, and this month I'm struggling to even hit 80%. It's nothing new and I've kept the behaviors that benefit my results, however even with calls and green light on, I'm still struggling. I usually hit a 1.1 to 1.3. It's not a behavior thing at this point. Anyone else struggling? Have any sort of feedback that can help, beyond what I'm already doing?

upper management has been incompetent for at least 6 years now. Nobody knows what they are doing and they have useless conference calls all day just so they can act like they are busy. It's really sad to be honest.

It's not customers or KPI. It's the lack of insight from the higher up's accepting higher quotas for their own failure. They only think it makes you work harder...at this point it's at their own cost. Kind of hilarious, their failure....

Because customers aren't spending money and now you have to juggle 10 KPIS to get the Sr Leadership off of your a-s

Oh personal shopper is more of a guide that tells me what the customer may buy. My sales method and behavior is what sells the product. I do like some of the things about it. However, it has nothing to do with sales besides ai recommendations. I appreciate your insight on it though. To an experienced rep it just seems like a recommendation tool. Which can be beneficial. Not this month though...
