Manager told me 5 days in office
My manager pulled me aside and told me that I need to start coming in 5 days a week to stay off a report. I'm not a contractor and I have been coming in 3 out of 5 days and working full 8 hour days. What gives? Has anyone else been told this?
Promotions?
Has anyone heard about them promoting people or giving salary increases next year?
Everyone is actively looking for a new job
It's a bit sad that the leadership has brought the company to this state where I no longer know anyone who is not looking for an opportunity elsewhere... Is there anyone who has high hopes for this place and wants to stay here? I doubt it. I would... — read more
They never do anything that benefits employees
What miracle needs to happen so that the leadership of this company starts working for our benefit?
Pretending that everything is fine
My manager persistently tries to make us think that everything is fine here, that there are no issues, etc. Isn't that ridiculous? Instead of looking for solutions, they persist in the delusion that this place hasn't gotten too bad. It is bad not... — read more

Get Out or Quit Complaining
It’s going to be like this for at least another 5 years. I retired on my own. I worked for Fiserv a little over 3.5 years and have to say it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked. Super hostile environment, from the outside, place looks great, the... — read more
Reason for unlimited R&R
Frank is pushing unlimited R&R for grades 9 and 10 in an effort to get people to waste all of their remaining PTO from now until the end of the year, so that he won't have to pay anything out in the next (massive) layoff slated for 2023. Shame on... — read more

Big news in January revealed 8500 lol its never ending
8,500 more layoffs expected and looks like no one is safe in this one. Well except the slumber party group. Do not worry the public will see we are 44,000 associates strong even after the next round of firing. Love to hear how they deny this one... — read more

All of these "All Hands" meetings now seem to be filled with incoherent ramblings filled with charts and graphs.
Managers Provide No Response To Questions
Managers can't answer any questions. They are literally afraid to say yes, no, or let me find out.. Managers have no understanding of what some technical resources do so reallycannot provide meaningful feedback.
