My manager pulled me aside and told me that I need to start coming in 5 days a week to stay off a report. I'm not a contractor and I have been coming in 3 out of 5 days and working full 8 hour days. What gives? Has anyone else been told this?

All of these "All Hands" meetings now seem to be filled with incoherent ramblings filled with charts and graphs.

Managers can't answer any questions. They are literally afraid to say yes, no, or let me find out.. Managers have no understanding of what some technical resources do so reallycannot provide meaningful feedback.
