Two weeks per year of service.
Maximum of 13 years (six months severance)
All paid in one check with higher than normal withholding.
I am more interested in how much they pay for severance. I would love to take a long break before looking for next job.
The plan has always included continual layoffs, high attrition & very limited backfills... this fits the overall strategy - move all tech offshore to India... business functions primarily in BH with a few other satellite & vanity locations.
I'm asking about this month, specifically.
