Manager Sums it up….

If you want to be a manager, I’m happy to promote anyone if they’re willing to move.

For my team, there is no good reason to go to an office. We’re all spread across the country. It makes no sense. I know I’m preaching to the choir. But unless you are willing to move, you will never advance.

You guys don't get it, it's not about necessity, it's everything about state tax incentives. They must move people to local to qualify.
