Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Wellness alerts

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets these messages but they always bring a chuckle to my face every time I get it. Fiserv actively promoting me to take time off. Just so I can have the anxiety and stress of having to come back to over 100 emails, tickets not complete by coworkers because they're busy. But I guess that's the game plan when you want to keep staff underpaid and under staffed

70 hours per week here every week.

Reading these replies is kind of sickening. Hit 40 hours and leave. Unless you’re compensated with OT then work if you want to. Never work for free, the work will still be there tomorrow. If deadlines are missed due to inadequate staffing that’s a Fiserv problem not a you problem

If you are working 65 hrs/week - that is exactly what they want... that extra money they save not backfilling & saddling you with extra work goes straight to FB's bonus pay

I haven't got one. Maybe my Sapience buddy doesn't think I am overworked

Lol. Thats the worst part of taking time off. Coming back and doing all that work again as there is no extra capacity in the system to accommodate any time off

I worked 130 hours the past two weeks, no "wellness alerts" yet. I guess it was pretty healthy by Fiserv's standard. Did you work 160 hrs?
