Was there a slide saying 5 days co-location and/or collaboration for this client service initiative? I mean, we all suspect it's coming but did they just confirm it?

I believe there are different implementations based on location. They all target having at least 60% (I believe it was 60) in the office, but how they accomplish that is different. The Ohio location is expected to be in for two weeks, then out for two weeks on an alternating schedule. This seems to be because the office isn't big enough to hold everyone at the same time. Other locations seem to be handling it differently. He certainly didn't do a good job of clearing things up, but I think this is where some confusion is coming in.
IT is a complete mess…I’m to the point just do whatever…thru this migration if so lose data it’s on them
Marino is in a pre-retirement position
They really ruined IT in the US
If from the (very) TOP down they are not prepared to lead by example, they are NOT leaders!
Is the new model is 98% india and 2% in BH
Is Keith Fulton leaving ??
at least it's not 7 days amirite
It's interesting all the Senior executives like Keith Fulton leaving and Anthony Marino taking what appears to be demotion.
Almost worse than breezing over the 5 day RTO is listening to HP talk about how they want to promote from within. "Challenge high performers by advancing them every 2-3 years". Lol. Yeah, except if you're remote. Or not in a "hub".
I enjoy watching really good people leave weekly for greener pastures. I'll be joining them soon.
If it’s true that there is no money for severance, then I’m ready to hit the pavement. I’ve been waiting around because I’ve been remote for 20+ years and want my $. I used to be so proud to work here. This place is BS now.
Where’s Shilly and the usual “current policy is” reply?
Yes, that was on the slide but they breezed right over it. Already told the new expectation will be 5 days but they are enforcing it in a phased approach with punishments (up to termination) for non-compliance. M&I is over so there is no more money for severance - enter new strategy to exit people & replace them in BH & India.
And also, who's bright idea to take SME's and make them travel every week so they can basically do the new hire's work for them? How long before they chase those people away as well?
It is so blatantly obvious that they give 0 f's (no less than zero) for the people that work for them.
