Those that hide behind a singular edit (RTO or leave) and fail to address the staggaring loss of capable younger professionals to competitors and more innovative companies are thinking of nothing but lining their own pockets. Why would they build a Tech Hub in the middle of nowhere (oh its next to someone's house) and offer no transportation or connectivity with public transport. One must conclude that management only wants like-minded neighbours and no one from more diverse cities like Newark to help turn around this struggling company.
It is a complete waste of time and money, but then again so is Fiserv entire executive and C level management (can't even call it leadership). Some of the worst and most over paid gas bags are now in charge of this company with the mindset from the 50s and 60s on how to run a business. It's only a matter of time before these hacks run Fiserv directly into bedrock.
