Seems like the approach taken by this OFD leadership on everything. Guess what, you will never hit your target. Maybe that's why you fail on every plan, every project, everything!

That non-compete has always been there. Will they press it? Tough to say. The higher up the more likely.
I didn't notice this in previous years, but was reading through the docs with my RSUs this year and saw that by accepting them I agree to be heald to a 2 year non-compete that includes competitors, customers, and potential customers of fiserv. As I'm reading it, this means I could be sued for working for just about anyone who might take a credit card or use one of a plethura of banking services. Anyone else notice this?
Think like an investor? Sure. I have RSUs issued at $118 as part of my compensation. That means my salary has decreased.
I sold shares at $120 three years ago. I am thinking like an investor and I am pi---d.
Lol. Pleased at 113? You must be joking.
The stock is at $113, investors are pleased. Think like an investor and understand
You are right on that... leadership doesn't care but the frontline worker does... I spend a good percentage of my day trying to track down who does x now that the person who used to left or was laid off
"layoff first, figure out what they did later approach"...?? I think you're giving them more credit than they deserve! I've yet to see anyone ever consider figuring out "what they did", other than dumping issues on whoever is left.
They...
Don't...
Care...
The "layoff first, figure out what they did later approach" has been a disaster!
They have needlessly ruined this company with short-term, reckless approach.
Waste of time...money...resources
