It gets really frustrating.

Have you noticed how our bosses, instead of dealing with real issues such as how to increase productivity and how to make clients more satisfied, they deal with completely secondary, not to say irrelevant, issues?

So true. if Senior Leadership spent more time actually promoting diversity and inclusiveness, then RTO would be no brainer. Who wants to come to an office where unless your surname is Italian or you are part of the Long Island mafia, you are overlooked and pushed out.

Yes, some managers just try to justify their own jobs by doing things that are completely unnecessary. We need less useless managers.
