Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

55 Miles away from the office

Oh well Frank pushed me the office. I drive an 1hr 20 mins to get to the office , I spend an hour having breakfast, an hour catching up on the stock market , chat with family , attend few meetings where everyone is in another location, an hour lunch, then leave at 2 pm to be home, while son dropped from school - I now spend about 2 hrs a day working! I don’t feel bad at all.

Speaking of mgmt, good ones are all gone, we only have check the box managers and directors - useless!

If you are working that many hours and going above attendance requirements - than they have exactly what they want - an employee that does it out of fear without them even having to say. May your chains sit lightly upon you,

I make sure I badge in early and stay latmeaning after nine or 10 hours at the office at Fiserv. I also go in four days a week. Fiserv is checking badswipe and percentage of attendance. I'm sure they will use it against us.

Doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that your badge-in shows up on Frank's report. You are an ideal employee because you name does not show up on the naughty list.

LOL, I did the same thing when they pushed RTO years ago (pre-Frank). I wound up doing half the work, and the funny part is, those id--ts never noticed!
