Have they gotten rid of HCL yet? It feels like years since I worked at Fiserv. I was part of the layoff so HCL could take over last year. I come here every now and then because it’s hard to let go after 15 years. I found a job pretty quick after Fiserv. The grass is not always greener but it is a little less brown. I’m sorry things have not improved at Fiserv.

The thought of calling that help desk for anything makes me cry. Completely useless.
As a systems professional, retired from Frankserv, I have seen outsourcing to India and/or stateside practices induce disaster. Internal IT is the ONLY sound solution. Outsourcing to cut costs and staff is a recipe for chaos. I have seen high level executives cry when a team I worked with was cut for India. Processes became complex. I have seen a hospital ruined by lack of firewall, support and rampant po-n and stolen systems. I have seen a huge medical company slowed to a crawl because of a trust to outsource to India. The CIO was eventually fired where she replicated this for another company. So none of this surprises me and any IT professional should stay away from Frankserv.
Automated HPIA attempted to run and failed. I am afraid to call the help desk to report it, they may break my computer. That is how bad the help desk at Fiserv is.
The help desk is worthless. Staffed by people who are impossible to understand, they do not listen and do everything to get rid of you. This fead migration is the perfect example. They have no idea how or what to do if it’s outside the script. Bring internal service back to us shores

Isn't this positive? Now you have the excuse not to work on weekend just to say you have computer trouble and no support. ;-)

Maybe our sales team can do sales work two days a week now?
