A new strategy in 2023 to avoid paying severance:
- 90 days notice for a remote associate to accept relocation package to a hub of their choice or separate from the company with a severance package.
- If associate accepts to relocate, he/she has 12 months to finalize the move. If the move not completed within 12 months , employee to be terminated without severance.
I know few who took the 12 months option to run the clock , in hopes Fiserv stock crashes or Frank fired. Maybe then the policy would change.
