Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Here you never know when you might be laid off

Uncertainty is high and it is really difficult to work in such conditions when you don't know how much longer you will have a job.
I wonder if this issue is equally present among competitors?

Easier said than done but you guys should stop doing more than 8 hours work. And its impossible to do 3 peoples work - so dont flatter yourself either

I happily volunteer for the next round layoffs. My team was cut by 75% due to RTO forced layoffs. Sr. Mgmt id--ts will not back fill positions even though all their metric show we are severely understaffed. So the remaining 4 of us are doing the work of 12. Same amount of work that 12 did if not more. Team morale and dedication is in the toilet. Client complaints are off the charts due to the time it takes to get requests completed. Does mgmt care? Nope. Not one bit. Frank and his a-s kissers need be removed by an employee coup.

Can't wait for it to come! Not sure about others, but I am doing three people's normal workload with no OT payments. Any severance is better than nothing!

I am long time OFD and I left 5 years ago to a competitor. In 5 years we have not had 1 RIF at my new job.
