Xerox promised merit raises, they were to be communicated in March, on first pay in April. Nobody seems to know anything about it. Shocking really and growing old. So tired of empty promises.
Is there anyone who's failing to find a new job?
I thought I’d be laid off sooner than find a new job, but it turned out that getting a better offer was easier than ever. I was surprised at how quickly I got the interview call. Now I just have to endure a few more days here. Is there anyone who's... — read more
When customers complain about response times, be sure to let them know Lexmark has priority.

The hard truth
We are all replaceable in the eyes of the management. Cheaper is better, so if they can find somebody cheaper to do your job, they will. This is why I can't understand why everybody is not actively trying to leave. It's no longer a matter of "if" but... — read more

When is the next layoff?
I am hearing that Xerox is about to hold another round of layoffs. It stands to reason that they would have to cut people so that the 3% raise they will give to the few employees who "deserve" them can be cost neutral. Anyone else hearing anything? — read more
