Read their pages on this board, see what people on Glassdoor have to say, or see if you can find anybody who works there to talk to them. I've seen too many people rush to leave and are finding themselves already looking for a new job (which, as you know, might raise some questions with recruiters). Just do your research to make sure you're making your situation better, that's all I'm saying.

I’m at Xerox in management. No backstabbing here! All those like you have left 😬
You have superior backstabbing skills if you are still at xerox in management.
Most professionals have transferable skills. You people don't. Sad.
You mean it’s not just xerox struggling in a dying industry? I cannot believe it.
Here's an idea....how about getting the F out of this dying industry, good God you people are pathetic
Most companies are, or will become, sh---y employers as their market goes away due to structural changes. Print is no different. It might not have hit you and your position yet, but it will. If you want a different experience, find a growing company in a growing market.
Go do something else or same role in a different deliverable category company. Staying in Print isn't going to pan out
This post was likely written by one of the desperate XBS presidents. They are losing all of their good people and are desperate to try to do whatever they can to stop it. The reality is even if you left for a competitor and it didn’t work out you’re still better off being in the job market than continuing to stay on board the sinking ship. Everybody knows it.
Agreed. Our industry as a whole has some unique challenges right now and anybody who tells you differently is full of it. I have friends in literally every competitor space (direct AND large dealers) who tell me the real truth. It's just as bad for inventory and parts in their outfits. Same billing issues. Same collection issues. Labor shortages across the board.
