I understand people who need venting, but in my opinion, some are just wasting energy on complaining instead of looking for a new job.
Those who complain the most send the least applications, that's my impression. I believe there are many who have not even tried to find a new job even though they hate this company.

To quote the great Michael Bolton from Office Space, "No way, why should I change? he's the one who sucks."
Why should I leave? Top brass needs to go. Us little people are the ones still shoving the coal in the fire of the sinking "one boat" skinny john keeps mentioning.
