The new way to deal with Xerox pathetic supply chain issues is to brow beat the logistics managers on a daily basis. SA and team work over the ops people every bleeping day. Even JCS has weekly mtgs with these folks. The floggings will continue until inventory improves. Ha ha
Look for the XBS logistics managers to start looking for better jobs working for better people making better wages.

I’ve read this post a few times and can’t figure out what it is about. Are you complaining about the supply chain. Are you complaining about sr leadership? It’s the chain of screaming. They get screamed at and they scream at you. It’s futile. Can’t get blood out of a stone. Supply chain issues for xerox in particular will only get worse with the turmoil in Asia (lock downs and port issues).
