Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

I got my revenge

I worked for a global core in the southeast and was a happy and hardworking employee before Xerox came in. Once Xerox destroyed our homegrown business, I left and immediately began poaching customers. Like a warrior in the face of enemy fire, I shrugged off there lawyer written letters that tried to dissuade me from my task. I took millions of dollars in annual revenue away from Xerox and never once blinked. Now, im in a management role for one of the largest privately owned dealers in the country and I continue to take not only customers but also the best people that were left behind. I cannot calculate the damage I have done to Xerox and in some small way that gratification I feel is better than any amount of money knowing that at the end of the day, in my market.... I won.

I think everyone at core you left knows who this is when you mentioned "warrior". I thought you did Wells, not sure why you're this upset.

You’re on here, so i guess you’re a genius too. Welcome to the club.
Gotta love the name calling. Primates screaming at Neanderthals. Meanwhile the earth ages 4 million years. Glad that a lot has changed.

A lot of hate on here but the reality is Xerox is losing customers every single day and they deserve every single loss. They gutted XBS and they’ve paid for it and they will continue to pay for it.

Xerox hasnt cared about it’s customers for a decade at least. These bad deals that you and your great sales people originally wrote were good for your pocket book but cost the company more to maintain then they actually made (in toner labor and parts).

Print is a dying industry. Xerox wants to brand itself as something else so it can be sold. They are lacking vision to do it. But now they will let a bad deal go where before the old regime would keep making a bad mistake just to prove it wasn’t a bad mistake.

Employees of GIS, XSM or whatever they have been called over the years, have been pi---d off since day 1. They never wanted to be part of xerox and should have turned their anger to the owners of GiS who sold every last one of them out for a huge payday. Xerox does xerox. They destroy everything they touch but GiS was left basically alone for the first decade after the sale. Carl and team decided to destroy it.

‘Revenge’ is a personal thing. Sounds like a lover scorned except you are taking it out on your new girlfriend instead of your old one.
