This place is so monumentally mismanaged. Working here is not just extremely stressful, it comes with unreasonable caseloads, lack of training, and constant poor management decisions. Sometimes it feels that the upper management embodies the "the blind leading the blind" metaphor. In the end, it's the employees who keep paying for their mistakes.
