Sure, Xerox was once a great business, because printing was a great market to be in. Greed isn’t ki----g Xerox anymore than it ki---d Blockbusters, disruption by new technology is what is ki----g it. (Loyal, onshore employees won’t make that go away)

Once great company down the drain.
Thousands of talented, loyal workers laid off … Jobs outsourced , benefits slashed , wages stalled.. Greed won out .

Best Response…
“ Decades of that ‘family’ feel where cronyism and nepotism
were rampant ruined this company. “.

Agree - This started years ago, and new leadership under estimated things across the board.

One big mistake was to pi-s off HP management and board by making a fruitless, never in a million years, hostile take over attempt. If they hadn’t, there probably would have been some sort of deal by now. It wouldn’t change the fact that print is dying, but HP print is better positioned w less office dependence.

This Xrx Management is doing exactly what they were hired in to do.

Deep cost cutting
Move away from printing
Sell off pieces of the company to make back some money

They are not here to save xerox. They are not here to save your job. It’s not personal. It’s business.

Xerox has been failing since the 90s. It was clear in 2000 that this company would continue to shrink. Decades of that ‘family’ feel where cronyism and nepotism
were rampant ruined this company. Can’t fire my good drinking Pal so let’s give him a job in another group. Can’t fire my nephew. Let’s just give him a promotion in a dept that he can’t make much noise. The debacle of acs is purely a UB blunder. The list goes on and on. By the time this leadership came on board it was way too late to save this sinking ship. And they miscalculated thinking things couldn’t be ‘that bad’. Little did they know. Then this leadership upset Fuji (to put it mildly) and that was just the last nail in this coffin.

There is no innovation in this company.
Office printing will not come back to pre pandemic levels.
Speciality printing is where it’s at and xerox missed that boat a long time ago

Xerox Management is a bad joke at its best. Totally useless putting it mildly.

You can find them at FearlessLeader@ Clueless.com.

You cannot possibly have a serious conversation about these people as they are not worthy of it.

I would ask you to add some details about how they are shameful, but I'm sure there's a character limit to these posts so you probably don't have enough room.
