I hope the RIFs won't be too big

This is what I hope, however, almost all of my colleagues expect big cost cuts, that is, big RIFs. There is nothing more I can do but try to find a new option as soon as possible. I have no idea who the target might be. Do you too think that there... — read more

Humana needs to focus on its employees for once

Before we all decide to go hunting for greener pastures. I used to love my job but they put me in a position where I now dread it. I'm constantly worried about layoffs and their talk about another restructuring or whatever it is this time is only... — read more

I will not leave voluntarily

It’s awful all the ways Humana is trying to get people to leave on their own so they don’t give them a package. It is very obvious that they are doing this on purpose. Managers deliberately put pressure on employees. I have been here a long time... — read more

I don't understand that

How come raises don’t go into effect until July, but on the other hand Humana can pay out the AIP now? Can anyone explain this? Is this indicative of big cuts around the corner as someone mentioned?

Another slap in the face

Just to show us exactly how little it cares about us, Humana decided to raise the dividend. What this shows is that there's enough money to go around, but they would rather use it to give shareholders even more money than to pay its employees... — read more

The effects of delaying our raises

Delay in Raises

Raises won’t be effective until 7/1/22. Not in March! Not that we expect much of a bump in base pay, but this is disappointing and contrary to the information communicated the last several months.

This is not a game

It needs to be streamline and people need to be held accountable for just showing up for a paycheck. The memebers know the good from the bad. Who wants to help and who just goes through the motions.
