Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Humana reviews

I am surprised with Humana reviews on Glassdoor and indeed. How come they have so much positive ratings while many of us are living under constant fear of job cut?

Do your part by sharing your story in a positive way on this platform with the Humana email. That way you people are saving someone else career and health. If each of us takes it as our duty then world will become a better place to live.

It’s not bullying if you are managed remotely and there are goals….never mind…..there’s just a mindset of lack of awareness and blame that goes on that amazes me. Bullying and micromanaging are two different things. Being laid off is an acceptable reason for unemployment. But, please, bring your bullying concerns that only get voiced once you’re laid off to your exit interview with Humana.

People are so scared to lose their jobs! This company is all about profit. They do not care at all about their employees! Micromanaging is what they do best! Remember micromanaging is a form of bullying. So if you lose your job make sure you file for unemployment ant let them know how bullied you were.

If anyone has been around the Health Insurance business for long they are well aware of the RIF culture which exists. That does not exclude them from enjoying the work or appreciating the conditions. From an RN perspective this work ticks all of the boxes for some people. If you want security go work in a nursing home or hospital, deal with the cr---y hours, travel, attitude poor pay and bad management.

And some people won’t be RIFd. Some people love their jobs, some people give good reviews because their experience is good.
