IT is not dependable at all. System problems constantly. How are we expected to be productive with constant system issues? It is a daily occurrence now.

I wonder how much of the systems slow down is also related to more users than usual on it due to open enrollment
No offense, but let the systems crumble to a stop. It's the only way senior leaders will maybe realize an organization cannot run on half of a skeleton (not even a full skeleton) due to all the firings. Quit calling it RIFs. It's too nice for what is actually going on at Humana.
You would think with the upswing in IT and system issues they’d realize they RIFd the wrong departments!
At the commenter below: we saw a RIF in Sept.
If you experience hardware issues, call CSS and open a ticket (for the love of everything, do NOT let them change your password!!!)
For application issues: i've been here for 14 years; same sh---y apps that will never be fixed.
maybe IT got RiF
My apologies to IT. CGX support is terrible then, we can't be productive if our systems do not work.
Blame the CGX "Support Team", not IT. CGX, like Verint "support", are worthless. Your tickets go untouched and we (IT) take the blame.
I was thinking the same thing today. CGX is slow, spinning, or momentarily unavailable daily it seems.
True story.
