Do we know or more should I say an estimate of the exact day ? are we waiting the the end or more like the middle of the month? Since it is a 60 day notice will it be 10/31

I've heard Nov 1 or 2nd it will hit..
My guess is anytime between October 14-31st based on past RIFs. Depends on your are.
No one knows, the best guess is counting backwards, so the last week of October-ish
