My God
They have been dragging this on for months...no way to quantify how much lost productivity this has caused. Its hard to work on future projects when you are waiting for the ball to drop and don't even know if you'll have a future.
I also don't believe at least senior leaders from each dept don't know who is impacted even if a 3rd party made recommendations.
My favorite part of how Humana does layoffs is they let you know in a meeting then you have to work the rest of the day
I heard our fearless leader is going to FL on Monday to show concern has RIF begins
In past Rifs have teammates been laid off even if they're department is hiring? Will this be an across the company layoff that will all departments or will it only be select areas of the company that are affected by the RIF?
@dzz+1jxdprmS Amazing as it may seem. Life does not revolve around Telephonic Care Managers. I know, that's a shock but it's a fact.
EVERYONE will get an invite to a meeting whether a group call or individually.. even if you’re impacted or not and this will be MONDAY.
We were told (officially in a meeting) that we will receive and invitation to a meeting on Monday if you are one of the ones affected by RIF. Our director said WE WILL ALL KNOW MONDAY. Hope this helps.
Has anyone heard specifically what areas may be riffed? What about tele nurses?
