Don’t expect info during Townhall

Everyone that’s thinking we will get info during the townhall get ready to be disappointed. More lack of transparency and limited info will be shared with us.

RTO5 or RTO4 10 Hour

Why not provide some flexibility at Ford? A 4 day 10 hour work week ilo 5 days at 8 hours per day? This way people can take of their personal stuff during the extra weekday off.

Do this to make a point. Since none of us have a desk assignment get in at 6am and take the spot your manager sits all the time. Remember no one has an assigned desk. Maybe when they are looking randomly it might click in!

No space

Ford Land can spin whatever BS they want. Finding a desk and a parking spot is now a full time job. Absolutely ridiculous how few places there are to work. Perhaps they want me to work on a couch at coffee table.
