Not sustainable

I regret taking this job. There is zero work life balance. I don’t even think that’s a thing anymore since I started working here. The company does not provide plans to staff/backfill crucial roles and the rest of us have to pick up all the pieces... — read more

Director and above bonus sc--w job

If you are a Director or above, you cash bonus now comes with a contract you must sign and if you leave, they claw back both your stock and now your cash.

Great company, all in all.

Fiserv is a great company all in all. Perfect, no. No company is but the truth is Fiserv is winning in every metric with great plans to take operational excellence to the next level as we look to improve, simplify and automate. This week all you... — read more

FIS’ line in the sand

With yesterday’s news that FIS will be selling / spinning off the Worldpay merchant division, it’s clear they’ve had a reckoning of identity and are doubling down on core processing. FIS most definitely has larger issues with debt service than... — read more

Brookfield to Downtown Milwaukee move date

Doubt this happens in 2023 although that is what mgmt. is saying. What about ALL the servers/mainframes? N O way they get that equipment relocated in 2 years or less.

Completely beyond me

This does not only happen at Fiserv. Even at the previous company where I worked, slackers and those who worked only the bare minimum were valued just as much, if not more, than those of us who were putting in real effort. Aren't companies working... — read more

Forum: Wouldn't it be funny if...

Let's play a game and complete this sentence. I'll go first. At Forum this year, wouldn't it be funny if... All the clients stood up and Frank's big stage appearance and forced him to be accountable by giving real answers to their issues?

This was surely my last review

This last review convinced me once again that it is not worth investing any extra effort here. It is much better to put additional effort into finding another job elsewhere instead. Anyone else motivated by the review to prioritize leaving Fiserv?

Flood the Zone...what a joke.

Anyone else have to deal with this lunacy? A group of associates put together with no actual rights or ability to solve dated client cases themselves, so instead they call, email and IM the case owners continually to tell them they need to update... — read more

Did anyone get a far exceeds in their review? I have my review tomorrow and am nervous.

Fiserv HSA woes

Our dear leader der Frönkenheimer is not used to having less than $500 million on hand and had to regretfully dip into some associates' HSAs.

I just wanna get out (but with severance)

Back in November I shared with you the brutal layoff month. More layoffs to come on Feb 15th, plus this time more businesses outsourcing. Anything Frank doesn’t understand, he wants to outsource. More associates to be outsourced and transferred to... — read more

Feb 7 - FISV Armageddon

On this date, I am shorting Fiserv and hope for the FIS 40 points drop. Major analysts have reduced their rating. Can’t wait to see FISV at $50/share

I WILL ALWAYS WORK REMOTE.......

I will do my work and wait to be let go. Or wait until I am ready to look for another job. I will never stop working 100% remote. Note: Fiserv has thousands of people still working 100% remote. These people will quit, if asked to come in.

Heads up OFS...On-call pay going away

Yup, you read it her first. On-call pay is going away. No more extra $$$ for those late nights or early morning calls. Sadly you won't hear this from your manager either. Just another thing being taken away from those of us keeping this ship afloat. — read more

Why so much micromanagement?

Removing Remote Option Makes Fiserv Less Competitive

The Fiserv advantage was we had experts from all over the world at our fingertips. FB's logic is he wants them in the office in NJ. NJ has over 111 superfund sites, which is the most of any state. Superfund are toxic waste sites. People who live... — read more

Knowledge Experts Are Gone for Certain Systems

I wish I was exaggerating. What would have taken the old Fiserv expert 5 minutes to figure out, now is taking the First Data replacements an indefinite amount of time to start to figure out. I can't understand how this is acceptable at any level.

Upcoming Earnings call and All Hands

There will be good news to share on the Q4 earnings call and Frank's all hands. With that, what else can be taken or removed from the worker bees to show their appreciation for another great quarter and year?
