Hostile work environment

I hope everyone is paying attention. HR should be the ones to help out in these situations to calm this down, instead they stay quiet and push for enforcement. HR is not here for the employees and have never been. They are here only for the company, period.

Upper management talks about their 'open door policy', this is all BS. They do not want anyone to talk to them or voice a concern or complaint. They only want to get their tax breaks and keep us down. They talk all about diversity and how good we are doing, but it is only them that have it good.

Diversity is the condition, fact, or quality of being different, varied, or composed of many different elements or types. It can refer to the inclusion of people of different races, cultures, identities, etc. in a group or organization. It can also drive cultural, economic, and social vitality and innovation.

Take the second part of the paragraph above and ask, what is the company doing to drive these things? They have their knee on our backs and we have been telling them, 'we can't breathe'. They will continue to hold us until we die (quit or get let go) just like a criminal on the street. WE CAN'T BREATHE! YOU ARE KI-LING US!

Anytime you have a concern about a hostile work environment or a potential Code of Conduct issue, you should contact the Alertline. You can call or submit a concern via email and you can include your name or make it anonymous.

A worker's union is an organization that exists to look out for the interests of the workers.

HR exists to prevent the company from getting sued.

Do not get them confused.

One cornerstone of an inclusive, diverse working environment is being receptive to feedback, especially from the people doing and driving the actual work. This particular group of executives not only doesn't want to hear that feedback, they'll punish you if you try and give it. It's the most top down version I've seen at fiserv in the last 20+ years, and that's saying something since I started at ITI.
