How many are actually looking for another job due to the new mandates and basically the pay cut w inflation costs, and now work expenses?

That's great for those that put themselves out there and got a new job within 2 weeks. It took me 4 months and I'm highly skilled. And the only interviews I was getting was because I knew someone so make sure you have everything prepared for that opportunity but I'm so glad I started looking immediately when I knew remote people were getting papers. Made it so much easier to fill gap. Some that were laid off last year are still looking so advise would be get yourself ready in case it does take a bit
I started looking right after merit increase and found job after 2 weeks. Before this current RTO s*** show. I'm so glad that I managed to get 40+% pay increase and remote contract.
Working on my resume right now, wasted many years of my life here thinking it’ll get better once FB retires & things will go back to the great place it used to be. I truly love what I do & direct manager/director but to drive an hour to work from a lunch table & take meetings in my car is beyond ridiculous. To ‘collaborate’ with literally no one & attempt to be productive in a toxic environment is too much. I’ve looked past years of no raises, no bonuses, spyware secretly loaded, weeks of 80+ hrs, impossible to get promoted on & on. FB is just going to make working here more & more painful until we all quit.
Fiserv has placed itself way down on the “employer of choice” list - the only thing they offer is a job for today. I can go anywhere else and wfh more, get a pay raise, feel valued appreciated, not data-mined & tracked like a dystopian junior high school.
44,444 - 222 love Fiserv and would never leave! FIS is worse and that makes Fiserv not bad somehow.
What would anyone else do when Perks and pay are being slowly but drastically cut?
