Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Quality of work

There is no way that I will give my best in this kind of workplace. On the other hand, I wouldn't say that the management is particularly worried about the decline in the quality of work either. What do you think?

I so don't care anymore. Guess what an Exceed Expectations review got me? A 3.38% increase - seriously? And Frank got 6%? Please. I just quit.

I cannot help but be amused to a degree. I detest the First Data changes made to a fine company that WAS Fiserv. But in my time, work was on-site with a commute and an 8 hour day - no more or less. In office was fine and that seems a forgotten motto these work from home days. So while sad, it is kinda what the territory was and should be. There are other things to complain about, with truth, about FrankServ.

From my perspective, quality or efficiency doesn't matter. I see boomers spending 100 hours doing fake busy work and it doesn't really matter. If you have keystrokes and badge swipes it doesn't matter

Quality will automatically just improve when people settle down and sit in their desks for four days a week and put in a full 8! Or so we've been told....collaborate harder people! Ge-z. If people spent as much time collaborating in their co-located environments as they do complaining about RTO...it would certainly make up for the mass exodus of people surely!
