So I work with a large group of people, 90% of them are remote position. I must be in the BH office, however. I have no problem with people working remotely, good for them, but the problem is those who WFH have no sense of working hours. They setup meetings at 5 PM to 7 PM and I have a long commute both ways. I have to declare NO each time they do this. I understand the tasks are urgent, but I am not in a position to support these off-hour meetings with mandatory RTO forced on me. I understand they want to work hard to justify them WFH, but they need to take into consideration of others who are not as fortunate. I believe if HR wants to enforce RTO rules, then they need to apply evenly and fairly to everyone!

From all the downvotes you are getting, you know they don't want to be back in the office, and there are a lot of them. LOL...
Yeah its a pain to be at work and see people participating from home with the same team. Its best to look only at one's condition and how to improve it. Nothing you can do about the others
This company is full of double standards. "Everyone" RTO but still have WFH people. With the Covid shot they fired those who didn't take one but made exceptions for others. Having some people RTO certain days of the week but not others. Just all depends. Makes it seem very unfair and uneven standards being applied to some and not others.
Time zones exist.
I agree with you 1000%
