So how did everyone respond to the survey sent over today? I'm not expecting much change but it felt good to say how I felt.

If they don’t like it they can pay me severance.
It’s your manager that will be the target, not you. I’m sure that wasn’t the intention, but you’ve thrown him under the bus.
I filled it out, I have honest about my feedback and it’s nothing that my mangers hasn’t heard from me before. If they don’t like it they can pay me severance.
Doesn’t matter what you do, they will pick out the parts and comments that fit their narrative and ignore the negatives. Been doing that for years. And if they do speak up on negative issues it’ll be spun to fit their agenda.
I’ve seen the other end of the survey results and while I didn’t see names it doesn’t take much to figure out what comments belong to what people on the team.
Honestly in the end it’s always the direct managers fault for not selling an unhappy employee the FB koolaid hard enough. And any negative will be spun to their advantage. The only thing I’ve ever seen them get upset about is not completing it. Which again your manager will get in trouble for.

I pointed out every grievance I have but I did so in a professional way. On the SLIM chance anyone actually reads it, I want them to really listen. No one reads rants so I had to be careful with my words.
If they read it and it's not anonymous, I'll be expecting a call any day telling me I'm no longer needed lol.
Btw, going after astronauts seems awfully misguided. It's not their fault that people are being forced into an office when it's completely unnecessary.
Surveys are anonymous when they are positive but not when they are negative.
Nope. Not for me.
It's not anonymous. Received a call from my manager AND his boss telling me to complete it during the 2021 survey. HMMMM. Asked how they knew I hadn't submitted it if it's anonymous and there was a lot of backpedaling.
All management questions are specific to immediate manager. They will no doubt take the heat for folks upset with senior management…disappointing.
Same as OP. Didn’t hold back. Focused especially on unfairness of “astronauts” being 100% WFH while the rest of us peons are forced into the office.
You have three weeks to take it. Or five when participation doesn't hit the correct numbers.
They lied to me about hybrid so they can lie to me about confidentiality. Not taking it.
How can it be anynmious when you have to sign-in to Fuel using FEAD creditionals
Never have, never will.
It will be added to your HR "why should we terminate you" document. Because the company is always right and you are the actual problem here.
