A surprising number of people I know have left recently. Are you too noticing increased attrition?

Yes! A lot who have decades under them are leaving too. To me, that speaks volumes.
Half of my department left in the last few months. 2 are left. We should be gone soon.
I left last month and am glad I did. Another co-worker who left before me said leaving was the best thing they did. This place is toxic and borderline abusive. I cannot agree more. I was remote and now work in a hybrid environment. I absolutely do not mind being in an office when the company I work for appreciates their employees, respects their personal time and provides a nice facility to work in.
Several people have left recently, and I know more are looking to leave.

My dept has lost a third of its staff in the last couple months, including me. Get out if you can and never look back.

Some time back, my entire department left on their own, sticking together on the very good Linkedin board. BTW Frank is the best leader ever .... for lining Fran's pockets. He is from the KKR side of the world remember.
Good way to increase collaboration time with my resume and colleagues on where the next opportunities are at.
