Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

We were once excited

As one of the OFD people, I can say we were excited to join Fiserv… we heard tales of WFH, nice modern buildings, fitness/health centers at larger locations, good cafeterias, good working conditions. And more. Best of all is being rid of Frank and being under Jeff. We heard he wasn’t perfect, but nothing could be worse than Frank. What a let down when Frank took over and destroyed 2 companies with his unhinged henchmen friends. Things went from bad to worse.

If Frank is do happy with the incompetent JPMC people he surrounds himself with, and compares us to….maybe he needs to go there and ruin that company too.

I would like to send my apologies to the OFD people. What you heard was true and we did enjoy the culture here before Frank ki-led it. He will eventually ruin all that is left here. If you are the problem of one company not doing so well, why in he-l would the board of directors allow him to ruin another along with the merger. His smug face he keeps when in townhalls and on tv tells me all I need to know. He will rot in is greedy ways.

I do feel bad for original FD, everything that they said would happen has now transpired in a matter of 3 years. Dang that was fast…..

All you need to know is written here. https://www.americanbanker.com/news/a-breach-from-within-why-jpmorgan-fired-lead-security-staffer

Frank and Pete, as well as the rest all come from JPMG, but they didn’t leave, they were forced out for facilitating fraud and spying on executives. Read the article and you will see the caliber of “talent” that took over during the “merger”. They seem to be really focused on controlling people, but how does that generate revenue? It doesn’t and you can see the proof in First Data performance and now Fiserv performance. Give it a few more years to tip over.
